This policy explains how Florida Man History ("we") handles information for floridamanhistory.com and the Florida Man History YouTube channel.

Use of YouTube API Services

We use YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel, Florida Man History. By using our channel you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles data according to the Google Privacy Policy.

What data we access and store

The only data we access through YouTube API Services belongs to our own channel. We store one OAuth token for the channel owner's account. It is kept on our own server, is not shared with anyone, and is used only to upload and manage our own videos. We do not access, collect or store data about viewers or other YouTube users through the API.

Retention and deletion

The OAuth token is kept only while we need it to manage our channel. We delete it from our server when it is no longer needed or within 30 days of a deletion request. Access can be revoked at any time from Google security settings, after which the token stops working. To request deletion of any data we hold, email us at the address below.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure visits, such as pages viewed and general location. This data is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. We do not sell personal information.

Information you send us

If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
